Narraguagus River Description
The Deblois to Cherryfield section of Narraguagus River is 17.3 miles long and is a class I-V section of whitewater according to American Whitewater. Not too many hotels nearby, you'll have to drive a bit to get to one, but if you don’t have reservations you might end up sleeping in your car. If you have the time you can make this a two day trip, so pack your camping stuff. You can pitch a tent or park your RV at a nearby campground. The scenic beauty of Maine and the water flowing gracefully down Narraguagus River beats anything. Recreation Opportunities abound Fishing, Hiking, Hunting or just sightseeing. Their are many options here in every season.
