Dolliff Pond Description

Dolliff Pond is a small spring-fed pond
lying north of Route 3 near the
Searsmont-Morrill town line. The pond is
accessible via a field road with
permission from the landowner.
Largemouth bass were recently introduced
by the Department to add variety to this
fishery. Chain pickerel are also present
and are sought by both winter and summer
anglers.
Anglers are urged to assist the
Department in evaluating .the recent bass
introduction by. reporting their catches
to the regional fishery biologist or
local Game Warden. Reports should be
submitted to: Regional Headquarters, RFD
